We have some valuable tips to make your visit to Hacelia Spa as relaxing as possible. Book your wellness appointment when you arrive at the hotel. Before your treatment or use of the Spa area, we do not recommend consuming food or alcoholic beverages. Please come to your scheduled treatment 10 minutes early so you can relax in peace. If you’re running late, Hacelia Spa reserves the right to shorten your treatment by the delayed time. If you have to cancel your treatment, please contact our Hacelia Spa team at least three hours before the scheduled treatment. Otherwise, Hacelia Spa reserves the right to charge 50% of your service.
